Ingredients Portuguese Peri Peri Seasoning
Sea salt (45%), Brown sugar, Garlic (10%), Chillies (8%), Paprika (6%), Black pepper, Yellow mustard, Anti-caking agent (E551), Lemon juice powder (Maltodextrin, Lemon juice), Smoke flavouring. Non-irradiated.

This peri peri-style rub seasoning has a delicious spicy bite. The ideal spice for your chicken livers peri peri, simply add a generous amount of seasoning at the same stage as your onions and livers, to be sautéed and deglaze with tomato paste and cream – voila. For grilling, this seasoning is best for shellfish such as prawns and crayfish and chicken pieces. It makes the ideal creamy mussel sauce if sautéed with onions, deglazed with white wine and cream and simmered for 10 minutes before drizzling over freshly steamed mussels. Alternatively, knead into bread dough before baking, shake onto roasted potato wedges or stir through some cream cheese for the ultimate chip or bread dipper.
