Parboiled brown rice 83%, rice flour, powdered cheese preparation [whey, powdered cheese (milk, salt, rennet, whey), salt, flavourings], artichokes 2.2%, powdered olive oil preparation (olive oil, glucose syrup, milk protein, natural flavourings), natural flavourings, radicchio 1%,, whole milk powdered, salt, parsley.

How to prepare
Bring 600ml water to boil in saucepan. Empty contents in boiling water and cook for 12 minutes over medium heat without covering. Stir occasionally until all the water is completely absorbed. For a final touch add butter and parmesan cheese.
What is Radicchio?
Radicchio is a leaf vegetable with colourful, white-veined red leaves that form a head. Commonly used in Italian cuisine it has a bitter and spicy taste which mellows if it is grilled or roasted.
