Free Range Chicken, Onions, Carrots, Baby Marrow, Sunflower Oil, Milk, Vegetable Fat, Flour, Celery, Thyme, Parsley, Sago, Mustard Powder, Cloves, Pastry [Wheat Flour, Vegetable Fat, Palm Fat, Emulsifiers, Salt],
DEFROST PRIOR TO COOKING. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and eat within 48hours. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C. Remove sleeve and lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes. Lower temperature to 165 degrees and bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes. Bake until golden brown and steaming hot right through.
Serve with rice and a fresh garden salad.
