Homemade at Toast - Spanakopita (Frozen) 

Ready made meals from the Toast Kitchen, Delsma Farm, Riebeek Kasteel:

"This Traditional Greek dish is made with layers of phyllo pastry filled with a cream based seasoned spinach, onion & feta filling"

Ingredients:

Spinach, Onions, Feta Cheese, Phyllo Pastry, Milk, Cream, Canola Oil, Flour, Margarine, Garlic, Parmesan Cheese, Salt, Nutmeg, Black Pepper

Heating Instructions:

DEFROST PRIOR TO COOKING. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Bake for 20 minutes. Lower temperature to 165 degrees C and bake for a further 10-15 minutes. Bake until golden brown and steaming hot right through. 

Served with a fresh Greek salad as a main course or as side dish to accompany any braai.
