Thai Red Chicken Curry (Medium = Portion for 2)
A spicy fragrant coconut curry made with free range chicken and fresh locally grown vegetables.
Free range chicken breast, onion, patty pans, green beans, baby corn, red pepper, garlic, coconut milk, coconut cream, Kallo organic vegetable stock, Thai red curry paste, salt.
Thai Red Curry Paste: Red Chilli, Garlic, Lemon grass, Salt, Onion, Galangal, Shrimp paste, lime peel, Pepper
Kallo Organic Stock: Sea salt, vegetable oil, glucose syrup, sugar, vegetables (onion, celery, carrots, parsnips, tomatoes) maize starch, yeast extract, concentrated vegetable juice, herbs, caramelized sugar, spices.
Can cook from frozen – slowly simmer in pan on hob, stirring frequently until heated through and vegetable cooked to your liking.
A versatile dish – you can add noodles, zoodles, rice or enjoy on its own as a broth.
